Intelligent Motoring creates Head of Repairs role with the appointment of Alan Hunter
In a move to further enhance the consumer experience and cost efficiencies for its Warranty Assist and MotorEasy customers, vehicle ownership expert, Intelligent Motoring, has appointed Alan Hunter as its new Head of Repairs.

In a move to further enhance the consumer experience and cost efficiencies for its Warranty Assist and MotorEasy customers, vehicle ownership expert, Intelligent Motoring, has appointed Alan Hunter as its new Head of Repairs.
Alan joins with a wealth of experience in the automotive aftersales sector. This includes fifteen years at LeasePlan, where he managed the complaint and administration functions, including the management and review of vehicles with major and reoccurring mechanical issues. This, along with valued experience working with the Financial Ombudsman Service and the BVRLA, drives Alan’s genuine passion for doing what is right by the customer and treating customers fairly.
With the cost-of-living crisis continuing to be felt, Alan will prioritise working with Intelligent Motoring workshop partners to continue to provide cost effective, quality repairs that deliver ultimate financial protection. He will also look to grow Intelligent Motoring’s network of workshops, to ensure motorists can access a trusted and comprehensive range of local garages and franchise dealerships wherever they are in the country.

Warranty Assist provides comprehensive, tailored warranties, flexibly designed to suit the needs of motor dealers and their customers. MotorEasy, Intelligent Motoring’s B2C brand provides servicing, MOTs and repairs for around 4,000 motorists a month. Workshop bookings sit alongside a suite of insurance and protection services, including warranties, breakdown, GAP, alloy and cosmetic insurance.
