John Sawbridge and Vicki Beesley join rapidly growing business to support expanding network of industry partnerships and enhance the consumer vehicle ownership experience
Underpinning its commitment to providing the ultimate digital platform for car owners, which supports a growing list of third party partnerships, Intelligent Motoring has created two new dedicated Relations roles. John Sawbridge takes up the new role of Partner Relations Manager to look after B2B partners, while Vicki Beesley joins as the company’s first Head of Customer Relations, supporting both direct-to-consumer business-lines and B2B partnerships.
John brings 15 years’ experience in the automotive industry, across sales, marketing and customer management for both BMW and Citroen UK. Working closely with third parties and all functional teams within Intelligent Motoring, John will provide pre- and post-sales support for new and existing partners. Using his vast experience, John will deliver both white label and API-driven services, to help partners expand their aftersales business model, engaging car owners and building margin throughout the ownership cycle.
John said of his new role: “This is a fantastic opportunity to work with automotive sector leaders in cutting edge products and technology. I am very much looking forward to collaborating with the various teams within Intelligent Motoring, to extend our offering and continuing to build and develop lasting relationships.”
Vicki has been in the industry for 34 years, working within motor insurance and warranty, including a previous role at Intelligent Motoring’s MotorEasy and prior to that, Warranty Direct. Her in-depth knowledge of both sectors and a commitment to improving customer engagement and experience will help in her new role, as she oversees the Service and Appeals Teams to ensure customers always receive the highest level of service.
Vicki commented: “I am passionate about providing an efficient customer journey and ensuring any customer experience is a positive one. Intelligent Motoring’s success is richly deserved and I’m thrilled to return to the business at such a significant time. I am looking forward to further enhancing the customer journey, streamlining our appeals process and ensuring the customer experience is second to none.”
Duncan McClure Fisher, CEO of Intelligent Motoring, added: “Good relationships with our trade partners and our consumer customers are vital for the future of Intelligent Motoring. Our consumer brands continue to grow and we are increasingly working with trusted automotive brands from across the industry to enhance their customer proposition by overlaying our innovative, ready-to-go or bespoke vehicle ownership solutions. The creation of these dedicated roles is an essential investment to bring about our vision of the future. We are committed to providing all our partners and customers with the best solutions and the highest quality support. We look forward to working with John and Vicki as we continue to expand the business and our relationships across the industry.”
