Telesales Executive
Salary competitive OTE including uncapped commission
This role will be contacting potential customers who have requested a warranty or GAP quote on our website, and talking them through the benefits of the cover, moving to closing the sale and getting them a great deal. Our commission structure is uncapped with no minimum threshold, on top of our competitive basic salary. Minimum 4 years of previous telesales experience required.
Telemarketing Executive
Salary £18,000 basic - £25,000 per annum OTE.
Working alongside our experienced Telesales Executives, your role as a MotorEasy Telemarketing Representative will be to speak with customers who have expressed an interest in our range of motoring products and services. Our commission structure is uncapped with no minimum threshold, on top of our competitive basic salary. Minimum 4 years of previous telemarketing experience required and the option to move to telesales will be available for those able enough.
Warranty & Insurance Assessor
Salary £28,000 - £30,000 basic - £35,000 per annum OTE
Working alongside our experienced engineers and customer service team, your role as a MotorEasy Assessor will be to speak with customers who need their car repaired and assess their claim against the terms of their warranty or service plan. Salary based on experience.
Duties:
- Assess warranty and GAP claims using our software and process
- Manage car repairs in network workshops
- Discuss claims with workshops and customers via telephone, email and our systems
- Any other duties your manager reasonably asks you to perform
Customer Service Call Handler
Salary £23,000 basic - £25,000 per annum OTE
Working alongside our customer service team, your role will be to speak with customers who have a vast array of queries, from wanting to update their payment or account details, through requesting a car repair or service booking, to querying their cover level or best advice on their car problem.
Duties:
- Handle customer enquiries using our software and process
- Respond to emails and live chat messages
- Answer and receive over 100 calls per day
- Any other duties your manager reasonably asks you to perform
